Melbourne, Australia: Voice Project has named Frontier Software the winner of its Change Champion Award for 2021. The award recognises organisations where change programs have delivered meaningful improvements in the workplace. This is not the first time Frontier Software has been recognised by Voice Project, having been a finalist for the award in previous years.

For Frontier Software, significant ongoing improvement in employee satisfaction scores was the catalyst for the award. According to Aaron Silvestro of Voice Project, "This is a terrific result. Great organisations improve their score by 5%, and Frontier Software has achieved this year on year, with last year's result being 5.37%. That makes Frontier Software one of the top change achievers in their category. Only a small number of our clients manage this."

For CEO Nick Southcombe, the award acknowledges a long-term program. "Frontier Software has been working toward this result since 2017, having achieved steady, incremental improvements in our employee satisfaction score each year. These latest results are a testament to the hard work our leaders have put in to embed our cultural changes and the willingness of our teams to support and embrace this change. The award is recognition of everyone's hard work, and I'm delighted to accept it."
