Selecting a Diverse Workforce
Countless studies have demonstrated that diverse workforces are more productive and provide greater returns for shareholders. A recent McKinsey report showed that companies with the most ethnically diverse executive teams are 33% more profitable. Yet another study by Catalyst found that companies with a greater percentage of women in executive positions have a 34% higher return to shareholders. Reaping the rewards of greater diversity in the workforce by increasing the objectivity of your selection process sounds like a simple process, but there are many pitfalls and traps created by unconscious bias.
Join this webinar to hear our guest speaker, Martyn Rogers, reveal the common failings in corporate selection systems and learn how to build a robust, multifaceted approach that drowns out our biases with solid, objective data.
