Michael Howard - Founder and Managing Director
Michael founded Frontier Software in 1983 to deliver Human Resource and Payroll software from the first office in Melbourne, Australia.
Michael concentrates on worldwide expansion that now includes offices in 7 countries. In May 2014, Michael celebrated the 31 year company anniversary in Melbourne, Australia.
Steve Pritchet - Finance Director
Steve worked for one of Frontier Software's first customers in the UK and selected the Chris product for them. He was invited to join the board of Frontier Software in 2001 to temper Michael's entrepreneurial instinct with good financial controls.
Brian Fehsenfeld - Director, Australia & New Zealand
Brian joined the New Zealand board when Frontier Software opened their Wellington office in 1990. He became a director of the Australian company in 2002
Nick Southcombe - General Manager, Australia
Nick joined Frontier Software in June 2007 and is responsible for our Australia operation.
