Reports may be generated and viewed in Microsoft ExcelTM, WordTM or PDFTM, on-screen or as a hard-copy printout.

For extensive reporting, chris21 Report Designer in ExcelTM allows data to be manipulated and analysed to a sophisticated level.  Using external business software, such as WebFocusTM, CrystalTM, ImpromptuTM and Business ObjectsTM, there are additional opportunities for graphical and drill-down analysis of your data.

Integrated Report Designer

Any chris21 report created by our integrated Report Designer can be customised.  Unlimited extraction, analysis and reporting on your HR and Payroll Management data from the chris21 database means there are no boundaries to the number of reports that can be created. Reports are automatically saved for re-use.

A Flexible and Open Platform

Frequently used ad-hoc templates can be attached to a menu and users can perform mathematical and logical operations on data fields and embed results into their reports.

A wide variety of metrics have been designed for the Frontier Software HR dashboard (an Executive Information System).  There are different dashboards for the diverse functions of HR.  The graphical user interface will display summary graphs (eg, bar charts, pie charts, bullet graphs, etc) and colour gauges, similar to traffic lights, are available.
